Workout Supplies/Preparation
You will need a few items for these workouts (see video for more details):
- a sticky mat (I recommend 5-6mm)
- a chair
- two pillows
- a folded towel or blanket
- a Lacrosse ball
I also recommend an athlete's rub, like doTERRA Deep Blue or Tiger Balm, to help release your muscles. This is an option that can support your muscles and maximize the time you spend stretching daily.
